We don’t collect sensitive data, and we won’t ask for anything that isn’t needed to reply to your inquiry.

3. Why we collect it

We use your data to:

• respond to the inquiry you sent through the contact form;
• discuss your event and prepare a personalised quote;
• get in touch with you about the photography services you asked about;
• understand how the Site is used and improve the browsing experience (via Google Analytics).

We don’t use your data for marketing without your separate, explicit consent.

To run the Site and the contact form, your data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf:

• Formspree, Inc. — handles messages sent through the contact form. This provider is based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards GDPR requires for such transfers.
• Google (Google Analytics) — analyses Site traffic. Data may be processed by Google LLC, with possible transfers outside the EEA under the conditions set out by GDPR.
• Wfolio — hosts and runs the Site. The provider may process technical data strictly necessary to deliver and operate the Site.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data only for as long as it serves the purposes described in this policy — primarily, to respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible collaboration. If we work together, we keep your data for as long as needed to meet our contractual and legal obligations (for example, applicable tax and accounting requirements).

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to rhframe.foto@gmail.com. Data collected through Google Analytics is retained according to the settings in the Analytics account.
